Sustainable Seed Starting: Soil Blocking

This workshop will guide participants through the process of soil blocking, an eco-friendly and efficient method for starting seeds.

Learn the:

  • benefits of soil blocking

  • materials needed

  • step-by-step instructions to create your own soil blocks.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will have hands-on experience and the confidence to start their own seedlings using this technique. You’ll be able to take home some soil blocks to give them a try and start seeds for your own garden!
